3. Payments

Payment schedules are agreed upon before project commencement. Delayed payments may result in project delays or suspension of services until outstanding balances are cleared.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. Inbound Tech retains ownership of internal processes, templates, tools, and proprietary technologies.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver high-quality services, Inbound Tech cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as search engine rankings, sales, or advertising performance. Our liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the applicable service.

6. Third-Party Services

Some projects may involve third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, hosting providers, payment gateways, analytics tools, or other software services. Their usage is subject to their respective terms and policies.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an agreement in accordance with the agreed project contract. Any completed work and outstanding invoices remain payable upon termination.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
